TRA launches online training courses on mGov portal

The UAE General Authority for Regulating the Telecommunications Sector (TRA) has announced new mGov Center of Digital Innovation's (CoDI) training courses, CommsMEA reported. ICT Foundation, which involves concepts of ICT, web browsing and e-commerce, will be one of the main topics during the courses. Other areas to be covered by the training programme include management best practices, which involves ITIL Foundation, PMP and COBIT5 Foundation. There are areas that focus on the growth of SMEs and the interest in entrepreneurship, business skills including business writing, marketing
