Trefor sells property automation arm to Sweden's Nordomatic

Danish regional energy and fibre broadband provider Trefor said it has signed an agreement with Swedish company Nordomatic, owned by capital fund Adelis, to sell its Dominus property automation subsidiary. Trefor declined to reveal the sale price but said it was making a considerable profit. The deal has retro-active effect to 01 January 2016.
