TrueMove, Digital Phone to pay THB 10.58 bln to state govt

Thai operators TrueMove and Digital Phone Co (DPC) will have to pay THB 10.58 billion to the government for the second phase of their remedy period, local newspaper The Nation reports. After their licenses expired in September 2013, the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission allowed TrueMove and Digital Phone to migrate their customers to other networks for a so-called "remedy period" of one year and pass any net profit to the state.
