Trusted Connectivity Alliance recommends personal data encryption on 5G Sims

The Trusted Connectivity Alliance (TCA), the mobile industry group previously known as the SIMalliance, has published a white paper with recommendations on securing personal information on 5G Sims. The paper recommends mobile network operators encrypt the International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) within the Sim for optimal protection of the personal data.
