TTK names new branch chiefs in Upper Volga, Siberia

Russian fixed operator TTK has appointed two heads of its macro-regional branches. Andrey Kolesnik becomes the head of the Upper Volga macro-regional unit, after previously running the Siberian macro-regional branch of the operator. Aleksey Nozdrin has been appointed the new head of the Siberian branch. 

Kolesnik will be responsible for business development in the Nizhny-Novgorod, Vladimir, Volgograd, Kirov, Penza, Samara, Saratov and Ulyanovsk regions, as well as the republics of Bashkortostan, Mariy El, Mordovia, Tatarstan, Udmurtia and Chuvashia.  

Nozdrin will combine his new duties with the position of head of the Western Siberia macro-regional branch. He is responsible for business development in the Amur, Kemerovo, Irkutsk, Trans-Baykal and Krasnoyarsk regions, as well as in the republics of Buriatia, Tuva and Khakasia.
