Tunisia's regulator tells Tunisie Telecom to comply with SLA obligations for wholesale DSL product

The Tunisian telecom authority INT (Instance Nationale des Telecommunications) has decided to take action against incumbent Tunisie Telecom, which has been ordered to comply with the SLA commitments linked to its wholesale DSL product resold by ISPs to residential customers. The operator has now fifteen days to respond to the regulator's request, detailing the measures taken to fulfil its obligations.
