Turk Telekom BoD member Aran resigns

Turk Telekom said BoD member Hakan Aran resigned from all his duties in the company. Pursuant to Article 363 of the Turkish Commercial Code, Can Yucel, who has been nominated by the Group A shareholder, was appointed to the board membership position, which became vacant due to Hakan Aran's resignation, for the remaining office term of his predecessor. The aforesaid appointment shall be presented to the approval of the company's general assembly at the first general assembly meeting to be held. Yucel is currently heading Baskent Corporate Branch in Ankara.
