Turk Telekom enters USD 100 mln loan deal with EBRD

Turk Telekom entered a long-term loan agreement with European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in order to finance its company's capital expenditures within sustainability scope, which includes primarily energy efficiency projects. The amount of the facility is USD 100 million with an all-in cost of "LIBOR + 2.85 percent". The maturity is 6 years and the principal of the facility will be paid at once at the maturity.
