Turk Telekom gets USD 189 mln 10-year loan

Turk Telekom has entered a long-term loan agreement with Citibank as facility agent, JP Morgan as development finance institution agent, and Societe Generale as documentation agent, under the insurance coverage of Finnish export credit agency Finnvera, in order to finance its and its subsidiaries' capital expenditures. The amount of the facility is USD 189 million and the final maturity is September 2030 with an average maturity of 4.3 years.
