Turk Telekom revenues up 1.8% in first nine months of 2010

Turk Telekom group's revenues grew 1.8 percent year-on-year to TRY 8 billion in the first nine months of this year. Turk Telekom's net income grew 38.2 percent year-on-year to TRY 1.9 billion, helped by foreign exchange gains. EBITDA improved to TRY 3.5 billion, from TRY 3.3 billion a year ago, with a margin of 44 percent. Fixed-line revenues were up 0.1 percent and EBITDA rose 0.9 percent. This was led by ADSL services, which posted revenues up 17 percent year-on-year to TRY 1.8 billion.
