Turk Telekom subsidiary authorised for electronic money issuance, money transfer

Turk Telekom's subsidiary TT Odeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri was authorised by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) for "electronic money issuance, all transactions for payment account operations, and money transfer transactions". The decision was published on the Official Gazette on 20 December.
