Turkcell launches own search engine called Yaani

Turkcell launched its own search engines called Yaani. The data generated by Yaani will be stored by the operator's Gebze data centre. Yaani's design is based on Turkey's patterns of use and its native language is Turkish, meaning it's built to understand the unique syntax of Turkish very well. This will ensure that Yaani will return better results to searches made in Turkish, the company said in a press release. Yaani uses a blue bead icon, a specific symbol representing Turkey.
