Turkcell takes lawsuit against MTN to South Africa court

Turkcell filed a lawsuit against the South African mobile operator MTN before the South Gauteng High Court in Johannesburg, as a continuation of a lawsuit filed against MTN in the US. The new lawsuit seeks compensation for damages resulting from MTN's allegedly illegal acts. Turkcell filed the initial lawsuit against MTN in the US, seeking compensation for MTN's alleged actions during the tender process for Iran's first private GSM licence.
