TV connection numbers continue their decline, falling 0.3% in Q2 - Telecompaper

As always, cable was the most used television technology, with 57.1 percent of all connections. The fall in volume was 0.8 percentage point compared to the year before. DSL (copper) came in second place with almost a 19 percent market share, followed by fibre at number 3 with 15.5 percent. Both satellite and Digitenne (KPN) had a market share of less than 5 percent in Q2, with satellite taking slightly more than Digitenne.
