TWC expands Global Penny Phone Plan to Dominican Republic

Time Warner Cable has announced that customers can now call family and friends in the Dominican Republic for a penny per minute. As part of the Time Warner Cable's Global Penny Phone Plan, Home Phone customers have access to penny-per-minute rates for more than 40 countries and competitive international rates for more than 200 countries. The Global Penny Phone Plan pricing is based on the minutes used each month. Time Warner Cable offers an additional calling plan, International OnePrice, where customers get 1,000 minutes each month to make calls to 100 international destinations. The Global
