Twilio.org announces USD 2 mln grant for Covid-19 crisis lines

Twilio.org will award USD 2 million in grant funding in the next three months to support organisations helping people in acute crisis through hotline and helpline services. In this grant round, the company is funding nonprofit, NGOs, and charitable organisations that operate crisis hotlines and helplines that connect people with help, information, and resources. The company said its goal is to enable more organisations to rapidly scale the number of people they can serve, while preserving quality of care.
