Two-thirds of German find consumer electronics easy to use - Bitkom

Nearly two-thirds of Germans say they find it easy to operate electronics devices like smartphones, TVs or tablets, found a new representative survey of 1,006 Germans by the German digital association Bitkom. That figure rose to 85 percent with fitness trackers, while 82 percent and 81 percent of respondents said they found e-readers and smart TVs simple to operate, respectively. Over three-quarters (78 percent) of Germans said they had no problems using gaming consoles, while 64 percent said they were able to use smartphone without any issues. The least user-friendly devices were tablet
