Two-thirds of Germans familiar with 4K

Only 5 percent of Germans have never heard of smart TV, while nearly one in five (18%) are unfamiliar with video on demand, according to a survey by consumer electronics industry group GFU. HD TV also had a high level of recognition,at 94.5 percent of consumers, but Ultra HD was known by just 58 percent. 4K did somewhat better, known by around 68 percent.
