Two Way TV, interactive TV firm, plans to raise GBP20 mil to GBP40 mil in new capital and is hoping to launch its interactive service across the Central TV area in the UK in spring-1996, followed by a nationwide launch during 1996. Two Way TV already offers an interactive service in the Birmingham, UK, area. Two Way TV broadcasts extra information with TV pictures to enable viewers to join in with quiz programmes. The service costs GBP5.95/mo while hardware costs GBP195 to purchase or GBP6/mo to rent.
