Tzavr drops plans for ICO

Russian OTT service Tzavr has withdrawn from plans for an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) using its blockchain platform MoviesChain, reports Comnews.ru. It blamed the unfavourable situation in the crypto-currencies market and the general decline in investors' confidence. Tzavr plans to allocate USD 3 million for the development of the company from its own earnings instead.
