UBA launches PayAttitude payment system

Nigeria's United Bank for Africa (UBA) said it has introduced 'PayAttitude" together with Unified Payment Systems. UBA said the system is a faster and seamless, contactless payment system with a Near Field Communication (NFC) tag and an internal chip which works on NFC-enabled POS terminals at designated partner locations across Nigeria, ThisDay reported. The bank said that the new payment solution makes it possible for a customer to make payments for goods and services with an adhesive payment tag attachable to mobile phones or flat surfaces.
