UCC holds Cyber Stars security competition for university students

The Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) aims to tackle the growing cyber threat and has opened the first ever cybersecurity competition for university students. More than 500 students aged 18-24 participated in an inaugural workshop on 21 February on cybersecurity, concerning knowledge, innovation and skills related to cyberattacks, defence and response.
