Ucell expands call centre communication options for subscribers

Uzbekistan mobile operator Ucell has introduced a new way for customers to contact call centre staff. Subscribers can now book a call from the call centre using the My Ucell chat-bot on the Telegram messenger. The incoming calls will total UZS 631.50 per unit.
