Ufone, SCO strike interconnection deal for Azad Jammu, Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan regions

Ufone and SCO have an existing agreement signed in 2008, under which SCO subscribers can access voice and SMS roaming services across Pakistan using the Ufone network. Government-owned operator SCO currently provides landline telephony (PSTN), wireless local loop (WLL), mobile service (GSM), broadband internet (DSL), digital cross connect (DXX), long distance international (LDI), domestic private leased circuits (DPLC) and co-location facilities to telecom operators in Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan.
