Ugandan OTT subscriptions rise by 1 mln in Q3

The Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) said that OTT service subscriptions increased by more than 1 million mobile users in the third quarter of 202. It said OTT users rose from 11.3 million in June to 12.4 million accessing OTT services at least once in the month of September 2020. This represents growth of 10 percent during Q3.
