UK business lack digital transformation strategies - Daisy

A high number of UK businesses still do not have a digital transformation strategy, according to research by Vanson Bourne for converged IT and communications services provider Daisy Group. Nearly three-quarters (73%) of SMBs and nearly half (45%) of large enterprises surveyed are not taking effective steps to exploit digital technology. This is despite the majority of both large enterprises (90%) and SMBs (88%) admitting there is a desire to digitally transform their business, with 52 percent of large enterprises and 40 percent of SMBs looking to digitise both their front and back office
