UK charity warns of unfair costs for loyal smartphone customers of Vodafone, EE and Three

Mobile phone customers of Vodafone, EE and 3 UK face unfair charges on their monthly subscriptions when they choose to stay on the same phone plan after the end of the fixed contract period, according to a new report from national charity Citizens Advice. These customers could be worse off by an average of GBP 22 a month as they continue to be charged for a handset they have already paid off. This is because the subscription includes the cost of the device in the overall price of the deal.
