UK Culture Secretary to decide on Fox/Sky merger next week

The UK's Culture Secretary Karen Bradley confirmed she has received reports on the proposed merger between Sky and 21st Century Fox from Ofcom and the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA). Bradley said she will present her final decision on the merger to Parliament on 29 June, after considering if it is against the public interest or not.
