UK govt consults on giving broadband firms access to water, energy networks

The UK Government is seeking views on changes to regulations to make infrastructure sharing easier for broadband companies. The plans could give broadband companies access to more than one million kilometres of underground utility ducts to help deliver nationwide gigabit broadband. The call for evidence closes on 04 September.
