UK govt, telcos failing to support university students suffering digital poverty

The UK government and telecoms operators risk creating a 'lost generation' of young people missing out on education by providing support for disadvantaged college learners with the 'Get Help With Technology' scheme but ignoring students in higher education (HE), leading educational groups have warned.
