UK managed services group Kerv acquires cloudThing

Kerv, UK provider of cloud managed services and infrastructure transformation services, has acquired digital transformation company cloudThing. This is Kerv's 5th acquisition in the last 10 months and trebles the group's headcount. Kerv funded the deal using a recently announced GBP 70 million credit facility.
