UK parliament security committee consults on 5G infrastructure

The UK Parliament's Joint Committee on National Security Strategy is inviting comments on the UK 5G infrastructure. The committee wants to assess if the infrastructure is safe for people and national security. The committee noted that the recent debate over the UK's 5G telecom infrastructure and the role of international equipment suppliers has shown a light on the challenges of security national infrastructure in the age of global supply chains.
