UK PSBs publish joint guidance of out-of-London production definitions

The UK's public service broadcasters (PSBs) - BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5 - have published joint guidance on the application of Ofcom's out-of-London (OOL) definitions. This is designed to provide the independent production sector with greater clarity on how the definitions for substantive base, crew and spend should be applied.
