Wednesday 4 June 2014 | 10:42 CET | News
UK retailers without in-store Wi-Fi connectivity are losing out on customer revenue and loyalty, according to the Wireless Nation report from Arqiva. The study questioned over 800 UK consumers and found that over 1 in 4 (27%) would think twice about coming back and 25 percent would leave as soon as possible, if wireless connectivity was not available. Typical connected behaviour on mobile devices in-stores includes; checking prices (49%), researching products (44%) and looking at reviews (35%).
