UK SVOD households grow 23% in 2017 to over 10 mln

The number of UK households subscribing to a SVOD service rose 23 percent in 2017 to over 10 million, equal to 36 percent of all households, according to a survey by ratings group BARB. Amazon Prime Video grew the fastest, up by 41 percent or 1.3 million subscriptions to a total of 4.3 million.
