UK telecom regulator should take environment concerns as seriously as economic ones - UK SPF

The UK Spectrum Policy Forum (UK SPF) has come up with a number of recommendations for tackling climate change, concluding mainly that policy makers must put green issues at the heart of their radio spectrum policies. The recommendations follow a study conducted for the forum by Plum Consulting.
