UK VoD accessibility gap persists despite progress

There is still a noticeable gap in subtitle provision on major TV platforms such as Virgin, Sky and YouView, according to the UK's co-regulator for VoD, ATVOD. The gap persists as public service broadcasters leading the way and services accessible on ever more devices.
