UKE analyses Orange Poland's KPIs for Q3

Polish regulator UKE has published an analysis of the key performance indicators provided by Orange Poland for Q3. Non-compliance was observed only for the indicator of standard repair time for voice services. Other indicators did not show discrimination between wholesale or retail. In local loop unbundling, discrimination against Netia was observed compared with the treatment of other alternative operators.
