UKE approves 80 Mbps BSA option in Orange Poland's offer

After an administrative procedure initiated at the request of Orange Poland, telecoms regulator UKE's president has issued a partial decision approving a change to its framework offer. The change consists of introducing bitstream access (BSA) in the option 'up to 80 Mbps' in relevant market No 5 (provision of broadband access services). UKE indicates that the changes introduced by this decision to the SOR offering are pro-consumer and an adequate response to the emerging market growth.
