UKE approves free internet in Wilamowice

Polish regulator UKE has decided in favour of the free provision of internet in the municipality of Wilamowice. Free internet access will be provided to 200 households using the wireless network and to six organisational units subordinated to the municipality, using wired and wireless networks. The free internet provision was approved under the project Prevention of Digital Exclusion in the Municipality Wilamowice.

UKE has also approved free internet provision via wireless network for the Dziupla community centre for children in the Municipality Office Wilamowice. The regulator set the conditions for free internet provision, specifying the territory in which it may be provided as well as a maximum download speed of 25 Mbps.
