UKE consults over Orange Poland infrastructure access

Following an administrative proceeding, Polish regulator UKE has issued a decision on an amendment to Orange Poland's wholesale reference framework offer. It concerns access to its fibre-optic infrastructure, including the local loop; access to wholesale broadband services based on MSAN/OLT, Ethernet and other equivalent levels of access for services based on fibre-optics; access to backhaul services; terms for providing bitstream (BSA) at up to 10 Mbps; access to Orange infrastructure including masts, towers, poles and surfaces; fees for new services, the optical local loop, backhaul,
