UKE declares support for virtual operators

Polish regulator UKE would like to support mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs), reports Media2.pl. Virtual operators are willing to register their activity, but their activity on the market is weak. According to UKE president Magdalena Gaj, they have not even been able to achieve a 1 percent market share. They currently have 0.8 percent. Gaj said in 2011, there were officially 312 operators but only several of them were really active. She invites MVNOs who have problems launching their activities to address the UKE with a request to regulate the principles of cooperation with
