UKE President says data disclosure invalid in civil cases

Polish regulator UKE's president Magdalena Gaj has published a statement on the provision of personal data subject to telecommunications secrecy in civil proceedings. She underlined citizens' right to privacy and the lack of any legal basis for requiring subscribers' data subject to telecommunications secrecy by civil courts and judicial officials.
