UKE publishes FAQ on regional network access

Polish regulator UKE has published responses to the most frequently asked questions regarding access conditions to Regional Broadband Networks (RSS) and reactions to statements expressed during the consultation on the draft reference offer for infrastructure operators setting details for access to RSS. The construction of RSS, financed by EU funds, is almost complete. Immplementation was completed in the the areas of Lubusz, Pomerania, Lower Silesia and Greater Poland.
