UKE reminds public authorities of highway information duties

Polish regulator UKE has reminded road administrators and heads of regional and local administrative units of their obligations to provide information about existing technology channels in road lanes, ongoing and planned construction work and fees required for the occupation of road lanes. The information should be provided via the electronic platform ePUAP on a special form by 01 October. The obligation follows the amended Act on support for telecommunications networks and services, known as the Mega Act.
