UKE sends changes to TP wholesale offer to EC

The Polish regulator UKE notified the European Commission, BEREC and national regulators in the EU member countries of two draft decisions concerning amendments in the framework reference offer (SOR). The first decision relates to the framework offer covering access to wholesale services of Telekomunikacja Polska (Orange Poland). The main changes include provision of access to fibre-optic infrastructure, including conditional access to the fibre local loop of Orange Poland (OPL); enabling wholesale broadband access at the level MSAN/OLT (multi-service access node/optical line termination),
