Ukrtelecom extends deadline for legalising duct cables

Ukrainian operator Ukrtelecom has extended a term for legalisation of cables deployed in its duct infrastructure illegally in the city of Kiev. The new deadline is 01 September. Operators are able to conclude agreements on the legal use of the duct by it.
