Ultrafast Fibre completes UFB expansion 2 years ahead of schedule

New Zealand broadband infrastructure company Ultrafast Fibre has announced that 27 towns and 30,000 more customers can now access fibre services due to its early completion of the second phase of the government's Ultra-fast Broadband rollout programme (UFB2 and UFB2+). Ultrafast Fibre has added 636 km of new fibre to its network two years ahead of schedule, with a total of 3,500 km built across a region spanning Hamilton, Tauranga, New Plymouth and Whanganui.
