Unitel shareholders consider listing and share sale - report

Market analysts estimate that Unitel could be worth at least USD 2 billion. The company has 10.4 million subscribers, ending 2018 with revenues of USD 958 million and EBITDA of USD 306 million. MTN, Orange and Vodafone have all expressed interest in the Angolan market, according to bankers.
