Unitymedia, KabelBW complete merger

International cable operator Liberty Global has completed the merger of its two German subsidiaries Unitymedia and KabelBW. The regional cable operators based in the counties of Baden-Wuerttemberg (KabelBW), Hessen and North Rhine-Westphalia (Unitymedia) will now operate as one business, Unitymedia KabelBW, with its head office in the city of Cologne.
